This Series of prints was inspired by a candid photo of Anne Bryson Doyle's 5th birthday party. She produced multiple pieces, all of which evolved from one etching on a 28 x 36 in copper plate. Four of her pieces were displayed at the University of Washington.

Much of Bryson Doyle's work is inspired by candid family photos both from her current life as well as photos from her chaotic childhood. After the death of her mother, her home life became unstable, and she bounced between multiple homes throughout her teen years. This lack of belonging to a family while growing up in a family-focused, church-centered, suburb outside of Houston TX spurred her fascination with family relationships.
